Tringify – Make it Easier for Customers to Contact You

Social commerce is all about making the most of your website, interacting with various social media sites and also making it easy for people to get in touch with your business.  A new website, Tringify, aims to make it even easier for people to contact your business by giving you a widget that enables the customer to ask for a call back from you.

It is known as a Click to Call service and is very easy to get started with.  Tringify is currently offering a free trial that lasts for thirty days, so new clients can see whether it will work for them.  The idea is based on putting some simple code into your business website.  The widget appears as a Live Help box where the customer is required to enter their phone number.  Once they do and they click on the enter box to confirm it, Tringify will initiate a phone call from you to the customer.

This means the customer does not have to pay for the call and they will instantly receive a call from you.  If you are unavailable at any time this will be shown on the Live Help box.  The Tringify system will then take the customer’s message so you can contact them again later on.

The Tringify website is currently in beta mode but it looks to be a promising method of getting more out of your business.  It may result in fewer people going elsewhere.
