Two new rental apps are set to launch Australia this year, where would-be tenants will fight it out with their wallets for rental properties.
Prospective tenants will be able to ‘bid’ how much rent they’re willing to spend against other offers made on the apps.
Live Offer, funded by US-based real estate tech company Property Connect, and Rentwolf, an Aussie start-up, will both launch in our market with Australian-specific apps in the coming months, reports Domain.
