Core Tech International seeks another cancellation of Sanchez High rebuilding RFP

Core Tech International is asking the public auditor to once again order the Department of Public Works to either change or cancel the latest request for proposals to build a new Simon Sanchez High School and repair other schools.

The Department of Public Works, for its part, said it has not violated any laws so the public auditor should dismiss Core Tech’s appeal of the $100 million (£76.95 million) procurement.

Core Tech and Public Works filed their final briefs with the Office of Public Accountability by the May 12 deadline, and a decision by the public auditor on Core Tech’s appeal is expected no later than mid-June.
