By day he is a businessman and an entrepreneur-in-residence at Connecticut Innovations, helping fledging companies grow.
By night, Burns is an adjunct associate professor at Columbia Business School (CBS). He teaches MBA students about startups with course names such as The Entrepreneurial Greenhouse, Launch Your Startup, and Launching New Ventures.
